Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter extract
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a full boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda, vanilla and butter extract.
    Mixture will appear foamy.
