Easy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 large eggs or equivalent
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 c. evaporated milk (I use skim)
    1/2 c. regular skim milk
Preparation
    While sweet potatoes are still warm, place all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend well and pour into a 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then 30 to 35 minutes on 350\u00b0.
    Very low in cholesterol.
