5 Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced raw potatoes
    2 c. ground beef
    1 c. minced green pepper
    1 c. sliced raw onions
    1 can Spanish rice
    salt and pepper
    green pepper slices
Preparation
    Layer
    potatoes, beef, onions, peppers and Spanish rice in
    a 2
    quart
    casserole.
    Season
    each\tlayer with salt and pepper. Garnish
    with
    sliced pepper.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
