Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    3/4 c. beer
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, then dip fish pieces into batter.
    Drop in hot oil.
    Fish will drop to the bottom and float to the top to brown in about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove and drain.
