Fish Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. corn oil
3/4 c. beer
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together, then dip fish pieces into batter.
Drop in hot oil.
Fish will drop to the bottom and float to the top to brown in about 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove and drain.
