Caramel Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in milk. Simmer on medium to low heat to 230\u00b0 or soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and pour into fondue pot.
    Heat.
    Use fruit pieces for dip.
