Chicken-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    parsley
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
    8 oz. sour cream of plain yogurt
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    sherry or vermouth to taste
Preparation
    Can use chicken breasts with ribs.
    Simmer 1/2 hour and remove skin and bones.
    Then continue with recipe.
