Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. rice
    1 qt. milk, scalded
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Add all ingredients.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours, or until rice is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
