Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. salt
6 tsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. water
food coloring

Preparation

Stir over medium heat until a ball starts to form.
Knead a little.
Add more flour so it's not too sticky.
