Cornmeal And Herb Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. powdered milk
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dried thyme
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    To use, place 1 cup in plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces until coated.
    Place on baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Store unused mixture in airtight container. Recipe makes enough for 3 chickens (each 2 1/2 to 3 lb.).
    Great coating on fish or pork chops, also.
