Diet Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated skim milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oleo
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
24 packets Equal
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Set aside 1/4 cup crumbs.
Combine milk, cocoa and oleo in saucepan.
Bring to a
boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in crumbs, vanilla, Equal and nuts.
Mix well.
Cool until easy to handle. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll balls in reserved crumbs.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Yield: 36.
Exchange: 1 fudge equals 1/2 bread, 1/2 fat and 57 calories.
