Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white, beaten slightly
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Stir pecan meats in slightly beaten egg whites until moist. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl; add pecans and mix until coated well.
Place coated pecans on a cookie sheet and bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
