Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk in a saucepan.
    Cook over low flame until thick.
    Put in saucer and cool.
    Cream butter and shortening for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Add sugar gradually and beat for 4 minutes.
    Add flour paste and beat for 4 minutes.
    Add vanilla and blend.
