Pumpkin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
whipped cream (optional)
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine eggs, Karo syrup, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans and melted margarine.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool. Serve with whipped cream; garnish with pecans.
