Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    ancho chili powder
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Salt brisket heavily with garlic salt, onion salt, ancho chili powder and brown sugar, covering both sides. Marinate 24 hours in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Pour off liquid. Wrap brisket in foil loosely with room inside with ends tightly closed. Bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 hours. Last hour, open foil and brush with barbecue sauce over entire brisket. Leave foil folded back during last hour.
