Bacon And Cheese Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sliess bacon, cooked
    6 slices cheese
    8 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook bacon, cut cheese in half, arrange in bottom of a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat together eggs and milk.
    Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before eating.
    Ortega chilies optional.
