Wheat Germ Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. milk (approximately)
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine flour with wheat germ, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
Cut in shortening and butter.
Add milk to hold together.
Work dough; press into pan and prick bottom.
Bake on baking sheet at 375\u00b0 on low shelf for 20 minutes or golden brown.
