Egg Foo Young - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (No. 2) bean sprouts, drain off liquid and save
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 slightly beaten eggs
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
Preparation
    Blend the mixture gently together with a fork. Heat about 1/2 cup salad oil in a skillet. Pour about 1/3 cup of the mixture for each cake in skillet. Flatten and shape each cake with a pancake turner. Turn when brown on the under side.
