Taco Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans with chilies
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning (sprinkle over the beans)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    dash of garlic salt or powder
    1 small can chopped and drained green chilies (about 5 oz.)
    2 tomatoes, chopped and drained
    green onions, sliced fine
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt or powder.
    Layer ingredients in order listed.
    Serve with Chi Chi's stone ground white corn tortilla chips.
