Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. fresh cooked potatoes, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped and sauteed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix the ingredients together. Place in large casserole dish. Let stay overnight in refrigerator (a day or two is okay).
Melt margarine.
Mix with crushed cornflakes.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
