Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb bag of hash brown potatoes
    1 can condensed cream of potato soup
    2 lb of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    16 oz container of sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine 1 lb of cheese, soup, sour cream and hash browns in a large mixing bowl.
    mix thoroughly and pour into a lightly buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle last pound of shredded cheese over top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
