Caramel German Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mixture
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 stick butter
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. nuts
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Blend cake mix according to box directions.
    Cook 1/2 of mixture for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Next, melt caramels with butter. Add evaporated milk and cook until real smooth.
    Pour over cooled cake and sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips.
    Add other 1/2 of cake mixture and bake for 20 minutes more.
