Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
2 c. peaches
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Put margarine in baking dish and melt. Mix peaches and 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
Mix last 5 ingredients for batter.
Pour batter over melted butter, do not stir.
Pour sugared peaches over batter. Do not stir.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until crust is light brown.
