Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar until crumbly; pat into 9-inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder. Add lemon juice and rind. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes more. Cut into squares while still warm.
