Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Cheddar cheese bits
8 oz. cream cheese
1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot Tabasco sauce
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend the cheeses together.
Add garlic and sauces.
Mix thoroughly.
Add nuts and blend well.
Chill for 1 hour.
Sprinkle paprika on wax paper.
Pour cheese mixture on top and form into roll.
