Parmesan Linguine With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 lb. linguine, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil, divided
    1/2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a very large skillet or Dutch oven, saute garlic in 1/4 cup oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add broccoli.
    Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat.
    Add hot linguine and remaining 1/4 cup oil. Toss thoroughly.
    In a small bowl, mix well the milk and cheese.
    Pour over linguine mixture, and over low heat, toss until cheese melts.
    Add salt. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
