Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 pkg. taco mix (I use Lawry's)
    2 c. grated cheese or more if desired (I use Colby)
    1 pkg. cheese Doritos
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can Ranch Style beans with liquid (15 oz.)
    1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
Preparation
    Crumble enough chips to cover bottom of 9 x 12-inch ovenproof casserole dish.
    Saute meat, onions and taco mix until cooked, but not brown; drain liquid.
    Spread meat mixture evenly over chips. Next, spread beans over meat mixture, then 1 cup cheese over beans.
    Spread soup over the cheese.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over cheese, spreading evenly.
    Top off with remaining cheese.
