Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cubed ham
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to boil; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir occasionally.
    Ready to eat when cheese is melted.
