Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    garlic to taste
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Microwave onion until clear, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into clean jar and seal or store in refrigerator container.
    Will
    keep about 2 weeks.
