Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 gal. milk
    3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. yogurt
Preparation
    Bring 1 1/2 gallons milk (skimmed off) to a boiling point. Cool to lukewarm.
    Beat 3/4 cup dry mix with 2 cups of the heated milk and add yogurt.
    Now add to cooled milk and let set until thick in warm place.
