Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken
    2 c. rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cool (or use canned chicken).
    Mix with ingredients.
    Cover with topping of 1 1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes and 1/2 stick margarine, melted.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Will fill 2 small casserole dishes.
    It can be frozen.
