Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head fresh broccoli
4 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken 25 minutes and dice.
Parboil broccoli in same water.
Combine soup with mayo, lemon juice, sherry and Romano cheese.
Add cooked chicken.
In 13 x 9-inch greased casserole dish, layer with broccoli first, soup mixture next.
Melt Parkay and brown bread crumbs, then sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
