Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
3 hard-boiled eggs
3 sweet pickles
mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, salt, eggs and pickles.
Moisten with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce and garnish with additional egg slices and olives.
