Cherry Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
30 vanilla wafers
1 can chilled cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese together with the sugar.
Add in, one at a time, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs.
Mix until fluffy.
