Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine flour, soda and sugar; cut in shortening and stir in yeast and buttermilk. Keep covered in refrigerator. When ready to bake, roll out and cut the biscuits. You can let rise some or bake immediately. Dough will keep in refrigerator for a week. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
