Beth'S Little Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    With lightly oiled hands, shape into balls.
    Bake in shallow baking pan 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Yields about 20 meatballs.
