Aunt Jeanne'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation

Saute the garlic and onion in oil for about 15 minutes.
Do not burn.
Add ground beef and saute until the meat is all brown. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer for one hour. Any grease may be skimmed off at this time, then for the last 15 minutes, add all the spices.
This makes enough sauce for a one pound box of spaghetti.
