Penne With Sausage And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. luganega sausage*
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. fresh or frozen green peas, cooked
freshly ground black pepper
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
salt
1 lb. penne pasta
Preparation
-
Saute the sausage in butter and olive oil until the meat is brown, about 15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and peas, then salt and pepper to taste.
