Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    dash of salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. soda or baking powder (optional; makes cake higher)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased tube pan.
