Touchdown Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (lite), softened
4 oz. can green chillies, chopped fine
1 or 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. mustard
flour tortillas
turkey or ham slices
cheese slices or shredded cheese (lite)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, onions, green chillies and mustard. Spread on tortilla; add slice of meat and cheese.
Tightly roll up jelly roll style.
Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until served.
Serve whole or cut in pieces.
May be made days ahead of time.
To make tortillas pliable, warm in microwave 10 seconds. Leftovers may be frozen for short period.
