Italian Style Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh, frozen or canned, loose pack corn
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, or 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
    dash of onion powder
    1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    Combine corn, undrained tomatoes and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in zucchini. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes.
    Serves 4.
