Betty Holmes' Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can Campbell's onion soup
    1 can Campbell's beef consomme
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 c. + 1 Tbsp. raw white rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in an 8-inch ovenproof casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
