Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour or more
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small can pineapple (crushed), drained and reserve juice
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Add reserved juice.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until done.
