Upside Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds hamburger
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    sprinkle pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cups Mozzarella cheese or half lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 package crescent rolls
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Let cook for 10 minutes. Put meat mixture in 9 x 1 dish. Spread sour cream over mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Stretch crescent rolls on top. Use rolling pin to stretch rolls. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until rolls have browned.
