Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. flour
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. very warm water
processed cheese, cut into 1 to 2 oz. pieces
Preparation

Mix yeast, 1/4 cup sugar and warm water and set aside.
Mix flour, eggs, butter, shortening and remaining sugar.
Add yeast mixture, knead with dough hook for 5 minutes.
Cover in warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
Wrap dough around cheese for individual puffs.
Let rise, spread with butter, bake until golden brown and spread with butter again.
