Giblet Gravy(Power Level: Medium, 50% And High, 100%) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey giblets
    2 c. water (broth or milk)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. turkey drippings
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. meat or poultry drippings
    1 1/2 c. water (milk or half and half)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Pour drippings in 4-cup measure or 1-quart casserole. Microwave on High (100%) for 30 to 45 seconds until bubbly.
    Mix together cornstarch, salt, pepper and water until smooth.
    Stir into drippings.
    Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir occasionally to prevent lumps.
    Serve immediately over meat, potatoes or dressing.
