Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seedless raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Add raisins to boiling water.
    Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in mixture of sugar and flour.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Pour into 9-inch deep pie crust.
    Cover with top crust.
    Cut slits in top crust.
    Bake until brown.
    Serve slightly warm.
