Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. cornbread stuffing mix (seasoned)
1/2 c. finely grated Swiss cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. butter (try using 4 Tbsp.)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
poultry seasoning
sage
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend and shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
When completely frozen, place in plastic bag until ready to bake.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
