Dutch Baby - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    powdered sugar to taste
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Heat cast-iron skillet.
    Heat butter until it sizzles.
    Blend flour, milk and eggs.
    Pour into skillet. Bake for 13 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
    Serve hot with jam.
    Serves 3 to 4.
