Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (15 oz.) cans condensed beef broth
6 c. water
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red or yellow pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
16 oz. tortellini
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a slow boil. Simmer gently until tortellini are done and vegetables are tender.
Delicious with garlic bread and salad!
