Skillet Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cut into small cubes
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small can pimentos
    1 bay leaf
    garlic powder to taste
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet put potatoes, add just enough water to boil for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Then add corned beef, chopped in small pieces.
    Add tomato sauce with 1 can of water.
    Stir well.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Then simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are done and it has cooked down somewhat.
    This also makes good open face sandwiches.
